As a step towards increasing education value for commercial
REALTORS®, BCREA has been working with the BC Commercial Council to
broaden the commercial course offerings available for PDP credits
in the province and has accredited seven webinar-based commercial
courses. The seven webinar-based commercial courses are offered
through UBC's Sauder School of Business and include:
- CPD 101: Business Enterprise Valuation
- CPD 104: Hotel Valuation
- CPD 106: Multi-Family Property Valuation
- CPD 107: Office Property Valuation
- CPD 108: Seniors Facilities Valuation
- CPD 109: Lease Analysis
- CPD 125: Green Value - Valuing Sustainable Commercial
Buildings
Each course has been awarded six (6) PDP credits and can be
applied to the member's cycle, if the course has been completed
within your current cycle. If you have taken PDP- or REP-accredited
courses at another institution, please submit your certificate of
course completion or transcript to the Education Department by
email to education@rebgv.org or by fax
to 604-730-3108 in order to be given your credits.
