2012 marks the eighth year without dues rate increase from NAIOP
Corporate. Effective 2013, the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors
has approved an increase in annual corporate dues ranging from $37
to $90 per person depending on the membership category.
The average increase in dues rates is less than increases in the
CPI over the past eight year period, which averages 2.7%.

- The increase on the full member, or the first person from a
company in a
chapter, is being held to 7.6% or $37.
- The rate for the corporate members (fourth or subsequent member
from a
company in the same chapter) is being raised to match the rate for
a developing
leader member (individuals 35 years and younger) at $175. This
will eliminate
confusion for persons 35 years and younger whose companies are
corporate
members.
- Canadian members already receive a 25% discount from the US
Full and
Affiliate rates.
- The rates take effect for 2013.
