NAIOP is proud to announce the sixth annual Developing Leaders Award, honoring rising commercial real estate professionals, 35 years of age and under, for their valued contribution and commitment to the industry.

The 2011 Developing Leaders Award will be presented to 15 recipients who have shown exemplary achievements and demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry. Each award winner must be a member of NAIOP in good standing.

A number of chapters asked that the chapter support form become a mandatory part of the application process. Based on this, it was decided that applicants MUST submit a chapter support form with their application. It is strongly suggested that the applicant seek the support of the chapter executive, leadership or board of directors. Chapters can, and are encouraged, to support more than on applicant.

Recipients of NAIOP's 2011 Developing Leaders Award will be honored at development '11: the annual meeting for commercial real estate, which will be held in Scottsdale, AZ, October 18 - 20. Each of the 15 selected award winners will receive one complimentary registration to attend the conference (a $495 value) in addition to receiving publicity and unparalleled networking opportunities.

The 2011 Developing Leaders Award information and application are available on NAIOP's Web sitewww.naiop.org. Please identify Developing Leaders within NAIOP Vancouver who meet the criteria noted above and share this information with them. The deadline for applications is Friday, June 29, 2011.
