Maury specializes in tenant representation with an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of leasehold assets for large national and multi-national clients as well as landlord lease listing representation on strategic office assets.

Prior to joining Colliers, Maury was Vice-President, Leasing at Bentall Kennedy where he oversaw a professional team responsible for over 300 lease deals annually across 12 million square feet of office and industrial property in BC. With over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Maury regularly shares his knowledge through speaking engagements at local and international industry functions.  Maury is now the Past President of the Vancouver chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
