James Delmotte is Senior Vice President of Investment and Equity Lending for Grosvenor and is responsible for the Company's investment and lending activities in Western Canada, California and Washington State. James joined Grosvenor in 1995 in London, England before moving to Washington DC in 1998 and Vancouver in 2003. Over the years James has held various investment and development positions at Grosvenor.

Before working at Grosvenor, James was a Chartered Surveyor with Chesterton International Property Consultants in the United Kingdom. James is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. In his spare time, he likes to ski, sail and cycle with his wife and four children.
