Ernest Hee advises on all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate/commercial
law. He has a varied client base which includes well-known banks, developers, pension funds, limited partnerships and private individuals. Ernest also acts for European real estate investors and has acted for prominent US investors and real estate funds on various acquisitions in BC.  He has practiced law for 36 years in Alberta and BC and has closed transactions totalling over a billion dollars.  His skill as a negotiator and closer is well-known in the real estate community.  Ernest is a Board Member of and Legal Counsel to the Vancouver Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
