In Vancouver it operates as DTZ Barnicke, a locally owned firm with a stable 40 year history, which currently comprises about 28 successful real estate agents and a strong support staff.
The owners of DTZ Barnicke in Vancouver are convinced that there is a great opportunity to grow the operation and to improve its operating performance. They now want to hire a CEO who will be charged with that responsibility and have their full support as part of a rejuvenation and succession process. The key areas of focus for the CEO will be attracting new talent, increasing the firm’s profile, coordinating systems and processes, and creating a more structured organization without losing its entrepreneurial spirit.
You should be a capable leader who already has established credibility in the commercial real estate sector, and wants to put your financial, marketing and people skills to use in running a company. A natural team builder and coach, you should be both a proactive business developer and a disciplined deliverer of results. Compensation will include a substantial base salary, which can be significantly leveraged based on sales and profit performance, together with an opportunity to earn equity partnership.
